Adjusting clutch question

I have an Iron 883 and want to change how my clutch feels. Right now it starts grabbing about half way out, and only fully engages at the very end of the lever travel. I would much prefer it engage close to the bar and be fully engaged well before the lever is fully extended.

I’ve researched it, but can’t sort out exactly what to do.
