Avid 2021.6 - Saved Workspace Layout changing

Is anyone having a bug on 2021.6 where the saved workspace layout changes?

Every time I switch to my most used workspace, one of the windows gets a wee bit taller. That's it. Everything else behaves, but one bin container keeps creeping up and up and up.

I've saved the workspace multiple times, and it still misbehaves.
