Just got topical Dutasteride how do I take it?

Hi all, this is my first time ever posting on here. I'm 48 and have been dealing with hair loss since I was 18. I got on Fin when I was 25 and it worked for me, but I stopped around 2004 because it was too expensive at the time and I just couldn't afford it anymore. For years, I took natural DHT blockers like procerin, but they didn't quite as well, athough it helped slow it down. A few years ago, I was going to get back on fin but then read about post finasteride syndrome and didn't want to chance it. I think I'm somewhere between a NW3 and a NW4. I started Adegen about 7 months ago and despite all of the success stories on Facebook, I'm frustrated that I don't seem to be one of them as my hair doesn't seem any different, so now I bought the Duderma 0.1% from Minoxidilmax and having seen a few mentions of people taking it daily to once a week, I would like to know how much to use and how often ?
