How do i block off google play on my phones? Or rather opera/VPN's so that i cant download them?

I deleted all my porn accounts. But i still have a trigger and that is vpn and opera. I blocked off opera on my pc but i cant with my phone. Please guys any help? I need to eradicate opera and other vpns to delete my trigger. Please help
