5700xt raw II issues

I been having nothing but issues ever since I bought this card. And I’m going nuts. I keep having driver time outs NONE STOP. I always update my bios my amd software and nothing. Always download the recommended version of adrenaline. It happens with pretty much with every game, smite re2 , re3 etc…

I have default on settings on adrenaline I have free sync premium on since my monitor supports it (view sonic 144 2k display)

Also have boost on at times but I know it should be off since it causes issues but even without it on it freaks out… please someone HELP ME
