Need help with TBB balance please.

I opened a new savings account at the bank added it to YNAB and moved 1K into it from my checking as a transfer. Unfortunately my TBB shows that I have the total amount including the 1K in savings for budgeting. Should I just budget it for the next month? Another way around this?
