How are people storing their cards?

Sorry if this has been posted already, but I wanted to ask how people are storing their cards. I've been going back and forth between a storage box (Ultimate Guard for ex) or using a binder. Not sure which is the better option—maybe using both?

Also, it seems like most people use a bunch of different coloured sleeves for their cards. I just feel like using one sleeve colour would be a lot more flexible for deckbuilding when adding or taking away cards.
