Job Interview is going to give me an Angular assessment. I know React, best resource to cram?

I'm in the process for a job where I've been given a Java assessment, then a video interview, and soon an Angular assessment.

I told them I only know React and all that entails for Front-end stuff and they asked me if I could learn it quick enough for an assessment. Obviously I didn't say know. What's the best resource for someone with already existing front-end framework knowledge to cram Angular?
