Looking for reputable site for pramipexole/cabergoline

I live in uk so preferably looking for UK source. I spoke with a few drs and pramipexole is relatively safe. Cabergoline is apparently more risky due to heart valve issues although the studies on this are not conclusive and weak at best. The drs are not willing to prescribe, they told me to go to a endo or neurologist but don't have the money. They did however tell me the dosage regime so I'm looking to try pramipexole. Any people with experience in this area?
