My industrial and conch were both pierced in Feb., but I’m having a hard time controlling recurring keloids (I think?). I clean both sites 2x/day with sterile saline spray, and I just read the pinned post today about no q-tips so I will stop with those. Should I salt soak? Conch is still painful.
