Solo Qer looking for teammates to push for masters NA (EST) Any Platform

I'm a solo player[26k lifetime kills, 1.9KD]. Looking for a team to push for Masters this split. Been D3 solo consistently since season 4 and made it half way through D1(in 4-5 days) in s8. Looking for other diamond players(or previous masters that need a 3rd too if that's cool), preferably never been hardstuck d4 and 18+. I primarily main Wattson, but I can also play Gibby, Bang, Crypto, and Pathfinder comfortably. I can run any other legend if need be but those listed above are my strongest picks. Usually play around 9pm-2am EST.

I'm honestly just tired of inconsistency with randoms that don't play position or are too horny for KP (on top of just bad luck/unfortunate 3rd parties makes it hard to progress this split). I'm very chill, not toxic. Won't blame teammates, everyone makes mistakes, we can talk about any faults during post game and move onto the next.
