How to celebrate/commemorate the end of a long journey?

I just weened my 16 month old, my last baby from breastfeeding. I am feeling emotional about ending this journey, even though it was time for us. I am wondering if anyone has advice on how to celebrate or commemorate the end of this journey. I breasted all three of my babies and I feel sad that this chapter is ending. Thank you.
