Broadway Station Condos

Hi, all.

It looks as if there's not been a lot of traffic's here lately, but I'll take a flyer. Can anyone tell me anything about the Broadway Station Condos? Is the neighborhood safe and conveniently located? I know the development is about a mile to the beach but is there easy access if you drive? Would you live there? Thanks for any insight you can offer!
