Error code CE-100005-6

I have this game called dragon ball xenoverse 2 and it’s worked fine on my PS4 but when I got the PS5 I tried to play it but I kept getting error code ce-100005-6 I went to the PlayStation help support and I’ve done everything it tells me to do but it still doesn’t work could I get some help.
