Predictions about Charlie's journey - will she have an epiphany about her role?
I really anticipate shifting goalposts later on.
Her initial goal is to "redeem sinners", but so far the characters with the most important role in the hotel aren't inherently the worst in Hell, and are mostly just characters who have had a rough life (and afterlife) and don't have everything together in how they manage life's trials. I think I've said this before, but I see Charlie's role as changing: she'll realize it's not about rehabilitating sinners or "bad people", it's about giving crapped-on characters the tools to handle their daily (after?)lives and come to terms with the past that destroyed them.
I also at this moment am leaning toward a secondary theory based on fan speculation about Nifty - that Nifty was a particularly awful sinner of a very specific type in life, and that Alastor dropped her into the hotel as a way of testing Charlie's ability to redeem even the very worst.
What does everyone else here think?
