Advice for a complete rookie on a 59050X / 3090 NCase M1 build

Hi everyone,

I've been pointed your way via r/buildmeapc and r/pcmasterrace; I'm a recently retired finance guy looking to build a top level gaming PC using an AMD 5950X and a 3090. I've never built a PC before, but I've got a fair bit of time on my hands now and a bit of disposable cash so I thought it would be fun to try. I'm going to be using a Silverstone SST 1000W 80 plus platinum as my PSU.

I've settled on the MCase N1 for this build, and I guess I wanted to reach out to the experts on this board for some advice on how best to go about setting up a cooling system. I'm open to anything; fans, AIO, water loops (all new words to me.... well, other than 'fan') - but I've never done this before and I've obviously invested in some premium parts, so I was hoping if anyone who's had experience with a similar build might be able to lend me the benefit of their experience.
