I dont understand why people keep saying Kazuha is not a sucrose downgrade but niche like people knew the ability was translated wrong and still pulled him for their mono elemental team?

First of all making a 5 star less niche or slightly better than a 4 star is the normal not powercreep.

Genshin is a game build around elemental reactions, while yes there are sets like lavawalker to encourage people to try out new teams , the damage is stil lacking compared to average elemental reactions teams. I tried playing mono elemental and it was super boring for me and i am sure not just some but most people feel the same way as me looking at the usage rate of mono elemental teams.

If i wanted a mono elemental support i would have just pulled for a better weapon instead of a character that doesnt fit anywhere but mono elemental teams, at least that weapon could be swapped around characters

For childe teams yes kazuha can be good but if sucrose can do the same job a little worse i would rather not use my average 70 wishes for a same level support. Also most people dont have childe anyway due to his playstyle.

Especially people who pulled Kazuha for their geo teams are screwed over as they basically have no more reason to use Kazuha.

For people who are going to blindy keep pointing out that he has a vacuum on his E will also probably be shocked because Sucrose can also do that and i also think nobody considered that part more than the damage buff he was supposed to give.

TL;DR: Kazuha is just a worse and a much more expensive Sucrose for an average player and people should stop pointing out the only 2 niches that barely anyone uses him on to make a point.
