tmux & tmux-resurrect plugin -- run alias/command when restoring

I use tmux-resurrect to restore my session. I am behind a proxy and need to run an alias command that sets my proxy settings. I have to do this on all windows and panes after restoring. I am trying to determine how I can have it run automatically when I restore or when I open a new pane.
