KataGo 1.9.1 released - major improvements!

Just a heads up for KataGo users who haven't already seen through other channels: KataGo just this week had a new release, 1.9.0, followed by a bugfix release 1.9.1. Changes include stronger and better search even with the same nets, some performance improvements, and some new options that can be used to adjust KataGo to play more variety of moves, and various other features.
