A couple questions concerning weapons and leveling.

1. I have heard a bit about leveled weapons and how you want to be a certain level before picking them up to gain the most benefit. Do these levels refer to your overall character level or the skill level of the weapon(ie dragonsbane sword with one handed level 46)?

2. As long as you meet the smithing requirements, can you upgrade weapons by smithing then an unlimited number of times? (Could I theoretically use the same iron sword I got at the beginning of my play through forever?)

3. A bit of combining the 2 previous questions. If I acquired a leveled named weapon before having the ideal level, could I still smith it to the point it would be as good as it better than the optimally leveled weapon?

4. I don’t know if such a guide exists, but is there a webpage that explains about every aspect of Skyrim? (Like a guide)
