Absolutely! They can be deceptive sometimes! One of my tenants was having issues with my fridge the other day (turns out she did not know it needed to be closed to work), and while visiting I found her pet spider crawling along the floor! She insisted it was not a pet, but I am not gullible enough to believe such a terrible lie and served her the 30 days notice immediately. No pets!

/un-landchad. a $2,000 payment for half of a 650k house is excessive. Any decent mortgage for that amount is less than 3k/ month so rentoid man had better be getting on the deed

After reading the article, he doesn't want a mortgage, he doesn't want to buy half. He agreed to this before he got married, and now he wants a free ride. He pays slightly more than half of the expenses (24k- around 8 tax)/30k (They both make over 100k) and she takes on all risk.
