[Daily Hero tl;dr #24] Spiritbreaker

Spiritbreaker is a fun pub-stompy hero. Unfortunately, at this point, he's pretty bad in competitive play but is definitely still fun to play around with.

Rundown of skills -

• Charge of Darkness - runs very quickly (at level 4, 700 MS compared to 522 max) at a target, stuns target, greater bashes units in way
• Empowering Haste - MS aura, increases your damage based of MS
• Greater Bash - bash with knockback
• Nether Strike - teleports you behind target, greater bashes target + does bonus damage

TL;DR

• Skills - Charge (1,8,9,10) Haste (2,3,5,7) Bash (4,12,13,14) Nether Strike (6,11,16)
• Items (lane) - regen, branches, into Treads
• Items (early) - Drum, Medallion, Urn, S&Y
• Items (later) - BKB, Heart, Cuirass
• Tips - stay fast, charge for vision, ult to initiate teamfights
• Counters - disables

I'm not sure how much I can say about this hero, he's really basic believe it or not. Use Charge to get to the target, hit him a few times, use Nether Strike to knock him back and keep hitting. Pretty simple.

Anyway, in lane, you have ridiculously high base damage due to your passive. Besides being a strength hero, you can get over +60 damage at level 7 simply from your passive. So obviously your major strengths are you attacking with nukes. However, even though you move quickly, you don't attack that fast. Some people argue getting a Mask of Madness .. it's not a bad idea.

Early-mid game you are a pretty good ganker. Charge keeps vision of the target until your hit them and reveals invisible at nearby range (2000 I think). Nether Strike has a short cooldown so you're able to use it pretty much every gank.

Anyhow, at later levels your Nether Strike has pretty decent range, so use it to try to knock an enemy out of position before/during teamfights. Activate BKB and just hit people, hope you get some good bashes. Be quick on your feet, you should be faster than most of the heroes in the game.

I think that's it, just be mobile and catch people out of position.
