I'm a knicks fan with how you guys are rocking with Canada.
In all honesty I love Canada in general. Have a lot of family up there. Very nice people.
Huge bummer that Canada missed out, if only because it would be great to raise the international game's profile by having a rival for the US. I feel like a lot of NBA fans don't really care about Olympic hoops or international games in general. And I think part of that is because the US has been so dominant ever since pros started playing with the first Dream Team. If Canada ever got really good and started playing the US close, or even beating the US, that would do a lot to get more people juiced on US hoops
Don’t get how the blame is on rowan sr. The Canadians had unfortunate injuries and that hurt the roster. Getting nurse and the young talent to go out there to fight hard is still something to be proud about. The creator of that thread is ass
There’s a section of social media (usually on Twitter and IG but they come out on here when he plays bad) that flat out dislike RJ which is just strange to me. he’s very low-key
Na my comment was about people saying to fire his dad from team Canada. But yeah a lot of people hate on rj I don’t get it, because he isn’t some garbage player that’s a bust, or some super cocky annoying kid. Anyone from the 2020 class that has a good game automatically qualifies them to be better than RJ 🤦🏽♂️. I just tune it out, I feel like they’re just tryna get a reaction out of us, I stopped taking the “Knicks suck” bait
They're missing like, half the best players. This is dumb.
They still should have qualified for the Olympics. They still have more NBA talent to choose from than any country that's not the USA.

They had no bigs the Czech abused them for it. All their talents are loaded in their wings like RJ and Wiggins who played well.
And yet their team was the clear favorite with a roster miles better than any other team in their way.
So no this is not "dumb"

Greece has a better team than czech republic and they shot very well in this matchup, something that greece rarely does.
But i agree that the canadian team had no chemistry.
Yes, usually a team that has players who haven't played with each other before has issues with chemistry
