TransUnion report problem

It seems like have a problem on my TransUnion report that I can’t figure out Every time I check any prequalify credit page or even prequalified loan I receive a result that they don’t have an offer for me or they can’t determine how much I am prequalified to even when I try to use apps and services that fetch ur data through TransUnion report like NerdWallet I had to give them full SSN to verify identity and fetch my credit data. When I use the same type of activities with lenders and services that use other credit report everything work fun and smoothly. I tried to get the 3 reports and they r the same but can’t figure out what’s wrong with my TransUnion that cause all these problems with lenders and apps. If anyone had the same problem or know the solution,kindly advise me.
