Does the wingman need a buff?

I personally think that there should never be a situation where a wingman headshot followed by a body shot does 103 damage but against a caustic with a helmet, there is. My proposition is that certain guns (sentinel and wingman, maybe others need this too) get a SLIGHTLY reduced headshot damage multiplier but also negate helmets. I get it sounds busted but right now, some of the really high risk guns have really low reward, especially when compared to guns like r99, carbine and spitfire.
