Mods that replicate requiem gameplay, without using requiem?

I love Ordinator’s perks, but I also love the harsh and deadly nature of Requiem’s mechanics - particularly the deleveled world and each enemy having specific weaknesses/resistances. Are there any mods that can replicate that feel?
