Even if we stop our emissions today, there will be decades of time lag for global warming to stop completely. So what else are we going to lose?

Polar Caps will melt and polar wildlife will get extinct. Sea level will increase too the point, all major cities aka coastal cities of the world will be under water which already contain a large chunk of our population. Lots of land will be lost.

Neither will the ocean life be happy as sea Temp. will increase, they won't be able to adjust to this rapid change.

Heatwaves, Harsh summer, Harsh winters, and all sort of weather disasters will happen. Those events will be more chaotic and stressful than what we saw last year (COVID)

Not to mention the huge amounts of GHG gases releasing from the Permafrost after they melt further accelerating the disaster. And new potentially deadly ancient viruses.
