Counter Depth Refrigerator Options Help

I’m looking for refrigerator for my new home. Looking at this sub, I ruled out Samsung and LG. at this point, I’m looking at getting one of these from my local appliance shop.

Mostly looking for counter depth fridge with water dispenser (internal is perfect) and ice maker. I have read about ice maker on door being cause of majority of service issues. However since Ice Maker is in the freezer for these I don’t believe that should be the problem. Anyone with any suggestions or other recommendations
