Modern games without manuals: CIB or Boxed?

I use GAMEYE to catalogue my collection. I noticed my brand new PS4 games don’t come with a manual, even sealed. Technically they’re complete in box because no manual is included, but it feels wrong to document it as such because generally CIB is box, game, AND manual.

What’s your opinion on this?
