Is there no room for new comers?

Seriously. Recently i have started to play with cousins who are very new to the game on a new account. Its been about a month we have not played a single comp game.

Every 2 unrated games, there is some person being toxic in chat(we have muted comms) i dont really understand where a new person should go. If they play comp, they are like go play unrated and if we play unrated there are people crying because they have a new person in the team who is not good. I get the fact that you should mute and move on which we do but really dont understand where should a person play to learn??

I am just glad that this didnt happen to me when i first started playing. Valorant was also my first FPS.
