What is the Appeal to this Title

Not meant to be as confrontational as the title suggests :p
I'm curious of this game, as I often see the title of this game bandied about online. wouldn't mind giving it a gander, but what am I in for? what is engaging about it? what distinguishes it from other gacha titles -- I've only played Disgaea RPG and SMT:Dx2 for reference.
