[Steam] [2016-2021??] Game that looked very warm and nice visually and took place in a small city place maybe

I found this really nice looking game on steam a while ago. It had a distinct visual style, using mainly warm colors and it looked like a very comforting game. I dont remember much about it, but i remember that you might be on an island city thing... I remember in one of the screenshots you were on a rooftop or something, it was also very short from what a review said. Take my memory with a big ball of salt, the only thing I remember for sure is the warm "vibey" art style and the small city setting.

edit: should specify it was a 3D game.

edit again: when i said warm colors, i meant it. soft reds, oranges, and yellows.
