Anime ending?

Hey guys! I'm not super familiar with much anime but I love this show (as well as mushi shi) and I don't think I ever made it past season 4? My question is does the show have a solid conclusion or a wrap up episode? I always hate it when things end on a cliffhanger and keep you guessing forever :(

Also, is there a complete region 1 or ALL release of the show on physical media? I'd much prefer to actually own it than to continue streaming it, but only if it's all of it.

(also if you have suggestions based on the 2 shows I like I'd love to hear them)
