Should I buy a 3080 ti for 500$ above msrp?

I, like so many others, am sitting here with a brand new pc but am missing a graphics card. I several retailers selling 3080 ti's for about 1.999 dollars, 17.000 norwegian. Should I buy one? I feel as if i am at the end of my rope here and wondered if you could help. Gamers nexus said the card wasn't worth it at msrp but I can't keep waiting, I'm paranoid that scalpers will get to it or something and I'll be left empty-handed again. Please help
