Used 2015 Golf TSI - what to expect

Hi everyone! I'm looking to join the VW fam and found a 2015 Golf TSI 1.8L with 120,000km on it listed for 9500 CAD. It's a private sale and this is really the first time buying a car on my own, so I'm looking for advice on what to check and ask about when I see it. Thanks!
