I NEED YOUR INPUT - What would the perfect Agency Management System look like?

BACKSTORY - I’m an Agent in Arkansas, but I like to dabble in several industries. My latest vice has been programming. My office has been struggling to find an AMS that was a good fit. So, as a stopgap, I began writing code. I ended up writing a program that is serving as our AMS for the time being. It ended up being a pretty solid program, and I really enjoyed writing it.

SO, I began looking at all the AMS products available, and they all seem to specialize in different areas with different feature sets. I’m feeling ambitious, so I’d like to try and create the perfect, end-all-be-all AMS program. I’d like to create a program to be a solution for all of your office management needs, AND to be the most affordable solution available. Like I said, I’m feeling ambitious. The only problem is that I’m having a hard time coming up with ideas for features to add. This is where you come in.

In a perfect world, what would you like to see in a program for your office. Think outside the box, beyond just an Agency Management System. One single program to run your entire office. Client Management, Agent Organization, Commission Statement, everything. What features would help you the most? I’m not sure how much I can do, but I’ll learn what I need to and outsource what I can’t. I’m not trying to make any money here, I sell insurance for that😂 I just want to help other small agencies succeed. Any help from you all would be greatly appreciated!!
