Bleeding early ivf

Has anyone had this experience?? I had a positive bhcg ~1,000 14 days after a 5 day frozen embryo transfer. At 5w3d pregnant, I had a gush of bright red blood. It slowed after a few hours to just brown spotting. I called the on call physician and an OB friend, and they said to wait for the 5w5d bhcg level. After two days of hell, the level was ~14,000. All I got from my REI was “good level, now wait till next week for the scan”…. They seem completely unconcerned by the bleed and I’m in limbo not know if the pregnancy is viable or if I miscarried. I asked for an earlier scan or a repeat bhcg but I’m not getting a response and I’m in hell….
