PC does weird screen artifacts and screen restart at bios screen and boot

So my pc was working perfectly fine for like one year and more, one day I was doing some cleaning and I accidentally removed the monitor cable (power) I also moved the pc a little, after some work on my laptop I decided to boot up my Computer, it started doing some weird artifacts and lines and random points, the screen turns off, the screen turns on again, same artifacts, the screen turns off and turns on again until the system boot, when the system boots the problems goes away but It was lagging a bit, maybe I was congested by the problem but this was my perception...
