Doctor Strange/current keepers of the Time Stone are behind the TVA

Hear me out, but the Time Stone is powerful enough to alter all of time, so what if the TVA is just a 'guard dog' to keep the Sacred Timeline going? The purpose of their doings will hopefully be revealed in episode 6. Or maybe I'm just wrong. But this is mostly true because of how powerful the Time Stone is.
