Insulating earphones/earbuds with voice activated google assistant? (shure alternative)

Would appreciate some help finding some Bluetooth earphones/buds to use for music/running /motorcycle.

Shure's were great for the isolation, comfort and staying in place running or under a helmet, however they lack google assistant integration. I've found a lot of earbuds with integration, but they require taping the earbud for activation, which you can't do while wearing a helmet. Pixel buds would be perfect, but their design purposefully lets sound in instead of isolating. They can't be too huge or else will dislodge while putting on the helmet, or hurt after awhile.

Any suggestions?
