How long is too long?

I recently purchased a ball oven. Some balls take longer than others to get all the oil out. My son's Venom Shock seems to never end. I keep it in for an hour, wipe it down and continue to check on it and wipe it every 30 minutes. This goes on for quite some time before it's done oozing.

Once it's cooled I hit it with ball cleaner. Since it contains alcohol I don't put it's on while still warm since alcohol can make it cool at a different rates unevenly and crack.

Since this ball literally takes hours, would it hurt it if it stayed in over night?
