Internal compass muscle
…saying that aloud makes me smile and feels good on the mouth when spoken. But that’s not why we’re here right now. I’ve been playing with turning that off and find it amusing when I’m able to float in the few seconds I’m able to maintain this lucid awareness of being unaware. The inner movie illustrating this idea cuts like a scene from Secret Life of Walter Mitty, sailing the Chilean fjords, high winds but stuck in irons, blinded by earlier injury, waiting for the clue, at the ready…which way is she going to launch.
Anyway, shrink that situational awareness bubble down until you get tunnel vision it’s so focused and causing blind spot….like looking down a paper towel tube at your phone. Tune it all out until you don’t know your left from your right. Your north from your south. Until you couldn’t say if you’re sitting in your car, desk, kitchen, or park.
Wait.

I have no idea what you are on about, but I like it.
