Mod (Gimmick) Idea - VS Portal

So I've recently had an idea for a mod, but I'm nowhere near experienced enough to do it.

The idea is a VS Portal mod, where I guess you'd battle against GLaDOS, or Wheatly, or maybe even both. And with the mod would come an interesting gimmick I've not seen done yet.

The idea is that in the last song, portals would start appearing in the note columns, and when a note reaches a portal it teleports to the other one. This could be used to send a note closer to the hit area sooner than expected, or move it to a different column (and therefore change it's input), or it could even take GLaDOS/Wheatly's notes and move them to your input area.

I think this would be a really interesting idea for a mod, and I hope someone gives it a shot. If you do make this a real mod, I might be able to give some help with art/music, and I would like the idea credited to me somewhere in the mod, but I don't mind if it's some little text on the title screen.
