Broken knuckle ? (19F)

So basically I punched a wall and now the knuckle of my ring finger is swollen, red and a little purple. I cant make a fist, when I try it hurts and it pulls on my knuckle. It also hurts when i move my fingers in the opposite direction of a fist. And its also kind of hot.
