Tanith Regiment in 9th ed?

Seeing as Gaunt and his Ghosts are receiving the faction keyword "Tanith" in their datasheet, how likely is it we might see Tanith as a playable regiment on the tabletop? As someone who entered the hobby at the end of 8th, I don't have a lot of background as to how common this is. It would be interesting to see some regimental doctrines based on making units "stealthy" (maybe applying the rules of Camo-cloaks to normal guardsmen or perhaps a new elite option for generic tanith troops) What are your thoughts, do you see this as possible? I doubt we'll be lucky enough for plastic Krieg AND new Tanith based rules, but I think it would be sweet.

Either way, I'm about to green stuff camo cloaks on all my boys and start calling them the first and only.
