CBD Oil

I am new to CBD world and looking into it. I have seen that MED and REC have CBD but rec only sells thc with CBD? What is the difference between REC and MED CBD oil?

My goal is just to get real CBD oil to take. I smoke if I want THC.

I was researching known brands and found one that I liked but their products is only sold on MED side which I am just confused on since it's pure CBD.
