Tighten down every bolt you can see. And better yet replace every nut with nylon lockers.

That's not a bad idea. I just bought a tube of loctite for this very reason.

It did pretty well in the sand surprisingly. Until you get into the deep loose stuff.

Have you thought about mods at all?
Yes. I really want to get a torque converter because I ride street and need to go at least 35. From what I’ve seen on YouTube, installing a torque converter on this bike is like hell and some say not to do it. It requires cutting and modifying the frame and lots of the bike to make it fit. The only mod I’ve done is throttle stop delete which got me up to 24 mph.
I was seeing that as well about all the custom fitting... I was wanting a torque converter at first but I ride mostly trails so I think the plan is a 212 tillotson with a stage 1 kit.
