Its not a sight its like a targeting computer you cant ads.

What exactly is it? A carbine? What's it's special characteristic?

Its a carbine. You cant ADS. Only hipfire but its super accurate like a horizon. So if your flying u can still beam someone. However it does bloom quite a bit if you empty the whole mag in one go.

The FOV is super weird.
You cant ADS. Hipfire is insane.
Reticle bugs out when you run.
Probably be good with sidewinder and drifters. Icarus for one vs. one wins.
It would be hilarious with drifters
