I have visited all four sites which have a Hand of Glory in Archaeology. I have tier 3 (Fortune) in the monolith and my bank search has come up empty. I am missing the fourth and final one, is there any npc or way to recover it?

Go back to the forge, it should be there.
Picked it up same time as the other relic in the Forge. I think I may have applied the wrong ring to it and sacrificed it to the monolith as have checked all the spots where they are supposed to be twice over.
Check the spots you found them at -- you might not have picked one up.
Visited them all twice! Maybe third time's the charm!
it is in the forge, you need the 12 goblin keys to unlock it. once in there, the hand is in the center of the room on the table thingy
Have done that already, have looked in all 4 spots where the hands are supposed to be twice over.
