Applied for a PhD position in university of Glasgow?

So as the title says it been 2 weeks since I applied through the university’s portal and also Emailed the supervisor my cv and transcript I have not gotten any reply yet… if anybody can guide me when should I be hearing back from them?? and if I have chance to qualify with 3.71 GPA and a few small research projects as experience??
